Location City of Ekurhuleni Remuneration R 831,012.00 to R 1,139,964.00 - Basic salary per annum (plus benefits) Assignment Type Permanent Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant B-Degree or Relevant NQF Level 7
• 3-5 Years Experience in Licensing Environment
• Business Management and 6 Years Experience will serve as an Advantage

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and control a one stop shop registration and licensing for corporate clients within the licencing division.
• Manage a functional unit within a division that is accountable for the delivery of set objectives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of an operational strategy for the business area.
• Communicate a meaningful operational context that promotes the implementation of best practice.
• Plan and manage operational strategy and activities in line with divisional objectives.
• Anticipate problems and resolve timely and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage and oversee teams within the context of defined processes.
• Manage human resource activities of the business desk.

The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance contract as per Council resolution.
