Job description
We are looking for an experienced and professional Manager to oversee the operations of our venue. The ideal candidate must be energetic, organised, and able to perform well in a fast-paced and busy environment while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all staff and operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
- Handle staff scheduling, performance, and team management
- Monitor and maintain stock control and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues efficiently
- Maintain smooth operations during busy shifts
- Coordinate with suppliers and management when required
- Cash ups end of shift
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ previous experience management in hospitality
- Must be able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Reliable transport is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent multitasking and management abilities
- Experience managing staff in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory management
- Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
