Manager: Infrastructure (Hinterland)

Hinterland is looking for a Manager: Infrastructure to oversee and optimise the infrastructure across our retail and fuel sites. This role will be responsible for driving infrastructure strategy, managing capital projects, optimising assets and maintenance, and ensuring that our facilities meet the required safety, compliance and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s infrastructure strategy and long-term plans.
• Lead major capital projects, including store and fuel site upgrades, renovations and expansions.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of physical and IT assets, including fleet, equipment, facilities and IT systems.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including SLAs and performance.
• Ensure infrastructure and facilities comply with legal, safety, health and security requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimise infrastructure operations.
• Drive proactive maintenance and risk mitigation to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A relevant Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Infrastructure or a related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in infrastructure management or project management.
