Eduvos is looking to employ a Manager: Temporary Staffing to supports enrolment delivery by coordinating temporary staffing requirements nationally, maintaining consistent service standards, and ensuring that HR, finance and operational processes are followed.

Pupose of the role:

This role is responsible for ensuring temporary workforce capacity is effectively sourced, compliant, trained, deployed and productive during key intake periods.

Working Conditions:

This is a national, office-based role with occasional campus travel during intake periods. Extended hours may be required during peak recruitment and enrolment cycles, particularly during January to March and March to June intake periods.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications / Education / Certification

  • Minimum relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Commerce, Project Management, Marketing or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in workforce coordination, HR administration, recruitment coordination, sales operations, project coordination or commercial operations.
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience, ideally involving temporary staff, project teams, administrators, coordinators or multi-site operational teams.
  • Experience in a high-volume, multi-site, seasonal, education, retail, sales or temporary staffing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Manage the temporary workforce lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, screening, appointment, contracting, onboarding, scheduling, deployment and offboarding.
  • Prepare longlists, shortlists, interview evaluations, appointment recommendations and deployment schedules aligned to campus and intake requirements.
  • Ensure all temporary staff documentation, contracts, onboarding records, system access requirements and HR checklists are completed before start date.
  • Coordinate induction, training schedules, attendance registers and standardised onboarding materials for all temporary staff.
  • Monitor attendance, productivity, schedule adherence and performance across campuses, including weekly reporting and issue tracking.
  • Coordinate timesheets, payroll inputs, approvals, payment data and monthly cost reconciliations with HR, Payroll and Finance.
  • Track temporary staffing spend against budget and prepare variance reports with corrective actions where required.
  • Maintain compliance with HR processes, labour requirements, contractual terms, audit readiness expectations and internal policies.
  • Maintain an accurate temporary staff database and document lessons learnt after each intake cycle.
  • Support workforce forecasting, capacity planning, risk identification and staffing optimisation ahead of peak intake periods.

  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams and SharePoint, with CRM system exposure such as Dynamics 365 or similar advantageous
