Job description
We are seeking a highly disciplined, hands-on Manufacturing Auditor & Maintenance Governor to report directly to the Managing Director. This senior role audits production, governs maintenance, verifies operational performance and ensures accountability across multiple manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Audit production output and stock
· Verify production reports
· Conduct cycle time audits
· Govern maintenance planning
· Audit housekeeping, safety and quality
· Compile management reports
Minimum Qualifications
· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Operations Management OR Trade Tested Millwright/Fitter/Electrician with extensive experience
Experience
· 8+ years manufacturing
· 5+ years supervisory/maintenance
· High-volume manufacturing
· Production auditing
· Maintenance planning
· Plastics Industry knowledge advantageous
Technical Skills
· Lean Manufacturing
· Excel
· Root Cause Analysis
· OHSA
· Preventative Maintenance
Pay: R10 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
