We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter with proven US staffing agency experience and a strong background recruiting for US manufacturing clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through placement.
• Recruit for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, and technical positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build candidate pipelines for difficult-to-fill technical and manufacturing positions.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews and assess qualifications and fit.
• Make outbound calls and engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity records in the ATS.
• Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruiting KPIs for submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of agency/staffing recruitment experience.
• Direct experience recruiting for US manufacturing clients is required.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, or technical professionals.
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Indeed and an ATS.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruiting priorities in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to IT recruiting, implementation partners, vendor-supplied candidates, or non-sourcing recruitment work will not be considered.

• Can work effectively in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Working Hours

• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM–6:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET)
• 1-hour total break, which can be split into 30 + 30 minutes or 30 + 15 + 15 minutes.
• Full-time availability during these hours is required.

For candidates in South Africa: The current schedule is 3:00 PM–12:00 AM SAST while the US is on daylight saving time. During the US winter schedule, it will be 4:00 PM–1:00 AM SAST.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary based on experience.
