We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Recruiter who has successfully recruited for the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada. This is a fully remote position with opportunities for growth and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
• Recruit for manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, and technical positions.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop long-term relationships with candidates.
• Meet recruiting KPIs, including submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Stay informed about manufacturing industry trends and hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
• Previous agency/staffing experience is required.
• Experience recruiting manufacturing, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, or technical professionals.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and ATS platforms.
• Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.

Working Hours

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Must have at least 4–5 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).

Pay: R16 500,00 - R33 100,00 per month
