Job description
End-to-End Claims Management
Manage cargo and transport claims through the full claims' lifecycle including:
- Assessing the merits of claims
- Determining liability (Contractual and Legal)
- Interpret and apply various commercial and transport documents
- Gathering and analysing evidence
- Issuing notices within contractual and statutory time limits
- Preparing comprehensive claim files
- Quantifying losses
- Managing settlements
- Recommending litigation where appropriate
Pay: R0,01 - R0,02 per day
Education:
- Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:
- Freight Forwarding/Logistic & Supply Chain/Insurance Claims: 8 years (Required)
