Job description

Job Specification

Develop and drive OMN1's marketing strategy across activations, partnerships, and brand campaigns
Plan and execute experiential and activation events, including flagship launches
Identify, negotiate, and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and creator collaborations
Support on-ground marketing efforts tied to driver recruitment and vendor onboarding campaigns
Coordinate with the digital marketing lead to align activations with online campaigns, especially around major launch dates

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2+ years' experience in marketing, with proven ownership of campaign strategy and activation execution
Track record of running events or activations end-to-end budget, logistics, vendors, timelines
Strong negotiation skills for partnerships and sponsorships
Comfortable operating in a small, fast-paced team and wearing multiple hats
Based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg
Startup or high-growth environment experience advantageous

Pay: From R8 500,00 per month
