Job description

3C Metal Belmet is looking for a Marketing Administrator to support the day-to-day marketing, communications and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of the business. The role will assist with the coordination and administration of marketing initiatives, internal and external communications, digital content, events and CSR activities. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and management to ensure marketing projects are delivered accurately, professionally and on schedule while supporting employee engagement and community initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing and Communications

Coordinate and maintain the marketing calendar and planned marketing activities.

Assist with content creation, copywriting, and scheduling for LinkedIn and other communication channels.

Develop and update marketing materials, including company profiles, presentations, brochures, newsletters, project leaflets, and other collateral.

Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist with the planning and coordination of events, exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and promotional activities.

Manage branded merchandise, promotional materials, and marketing stock for employees, clients, and events.

Liaise with suppliers and external service providers, including printers and designers.

Support website updates, digital marketing activities, and social media management.

Monitor and report on social media engagement and marketing performance metrics.

Gather and coordinate project and company information for marketing communications.

Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines.

Assist with photography, videography, and content collection as required.

Provide general administrative support to the marketing function and assist with marketing reporting.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

Coordinate and provide administrative support for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, including community projects, donations, fundraising events, and employee engagement activities.

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with charities and community organizations.

Collect, organize, and maintain information related to CSR activities for reporting and communication purposes.

Support the promotion of CSR initiatives internally and externally to enhance awareness, participation, and community impact.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

2-4 years' experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design software is advantageous.

Basic understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
