Job description

An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join the commercial team of an established hospitality group based in Century City.

This position provides the administrative and practical support needed to deliver marketing activities across hotels, conference venues, restaurants and corporate brands.

Working closely with the wider marketing and creative team, the successful candidate will help coordinate campaigns, maintain digital platforms, update marketing material and ensure that departmental tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Administration

  • Process marketing invoices and maintain accurate departmental records.
  • Organise digital filing systems and maintain marketing asset libraries.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and marketing packs.
  • Update approved marketing collateral and distribute the latest versions to internal teams.
  • Assist with event administration and coordination.
  • Maintain promotional stock and marketing inventories.
  • Regularly review printed and digital material to ensure that all information remains accurate and current.

Campaign and Digital Support

  • Schedule approved content across social media platforms.
  • Assist with preparing and distributing email campaigns.
  • Update Google Business Profiles.
  • Publish approved marketing content and collateral.
  • Complete campaign-related tasks allocated by the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules.

Brand and Creative Support

  • Conduct website quality checks and identify information requiring updates.
  • Assist with updating brochures, menus and sales material.
  • Maintain organised image and content libraries.
  • Review marketing collateral used across the various properties.
  • Assist with photoshoots and content creation when required.
  • Help ensure that marketing material remains consistent with the group’s brand standards.

Reporting and Coordination

  • Capture marketing statistics and campaign information.
  • Assist with monthly marketing reports.
  • Update project plans, task trackers and deadlines.
  • Support campaign reporting and basic competitor research.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments when required.

Minimum Requirements

  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least one year’s experience as a Marketing Administrator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar marketing support role.
  • Previous experience within the hospitality or hotel industry is essential.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital and printed channels.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management systems.
  • Experience using project-management software such as Asana would be advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers and handling marketing administration would be beneficial.
