Marketing and Community Coordinator

This is a hands-on role that combines digital marketing, community management, and content creation. As an early member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of the platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KDNA's social media strategy.
• Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, Reddit, Facebook, Threads, and other relevant communities.
• Increase brand awareness and grow KDNA's online presence.
• Drive traffic to the website and encourage new user registrations.
• Stay up to date with trending K-dramas and create timely, engaging content around them.
• Create high-quality content directly on KDNA, including: Drama theory posts, Discussion threads, Ratings, and Other community features
• Encourage discussions and interact with users to foster an active community.
• Suggest and implement creative marketing campaigns, games, and community events.
• Monitor engagement and recommend new ideas to improve community growth.
• Report bugs, usability issues, and suggestions to improve the platform.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Is genuinely passionate about Korean dramas and keeps up with current releases.
• Has excellent written English.
• Is creative and understands social media trends.
• Can work independently and manage their own time.
• Has strong communication skills.
• Has access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Has a stable and reliable internet connection suitable for remote work.

Previous professional marketing experience is not required. We're more interested in finding someone who is enthusiastic, creative, and eager to help build an exciting online community from the ground up.
