About Us

We are a growing group of businesses operating across multiple industries, including healthcare education, digital services and manufacturing. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys variety and wants to play a key role in helping multiple businesses grow.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will work directly with the director to improve our marketing, generate new business, manage customer enquiries and help execute growth strategies across several companies.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the sales, marketing and customer service activities across our businesses.

This role requires someone who is comfortable switching between different projects while maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales

• Respond to inbound sales enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up quotations and warm leads.
• Re-engage previous customers.
• Book appointments and demonstrations where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist with sales reporting and pipeline management.

Marketing

• Coordinate SEO campaigns across multiple websites.
• Publish and optimise website content.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Write or coordinate blog articles.
• Upload website content using WordPress.
• Assist with Google Business Profile optimisation.
• Coordinate social media content and posting schedules.
• Manage email marketing campaigns.
• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Monitor website traffic and marketing performance.

Customer Service

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Resolve customer issues professionally.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues where necessary.

Administrative Support

• Assist with general business administration.
• Coordinate tasks across different businesses.
• Help improve internal systems and processes.
• Keep project management systems up to date.
• Prepare reports and track key performance indicators.

Essential Skills
