We're Hiring: Social Media & Marketing Manager (Full-Time)

Are you creative, passionate about social media, and love creating engaging content? Do you enjoy interacting with customers and helping drive sales? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Green Screen Golf is looking for a Social Media & Marketing Manager to grow our brand, create exciting content, and assist with in-store sales at our golf simulator venue.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms.
Plan, film, edit, and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage and grow our social media presence through consistent, creative posting.
Respond to customer messages, comments, and online enquiries.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Design promotional graphics, posters, and marketing materials.
Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports with recommendations.
Assist with planning and promoting events, tournaments, and special offers.
Welcome customers and assist with in-store sales and bookings.
Ensure our brand is consistently represented across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong photography, videography, and content creation skills.
Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with the ability to work independently.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Previous sales or customer service experience.
A valid driver's licence is advantageous.
An interest in golf, sport, or entertainment is a bonus—but not essential.
