Job description
Job Purpose
To qualify leads, improve brand visibility and trust, and strengthen customer engagement across GAsolutions offerings (Equipment sales, service, parts, rental/project solutions) using practical, measurable marketing that supports revenue growth and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain marketing schedules, calendars and campaign trackers.
- Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials.
- Manage marketing documentation and filing systems.
- Update website content and product information
- Run customer communication: Service reminders, planned maintenance messaging, parts promotions, uptime tips.
- Implement Customer listening: Short surveys, NPS-style feedback, testimonial gathering.
- Develop collateral company profile (Core + segment versions)
- Service Brochures
- Parts Promos
- Standard proposal slide deck templates
- Assist in organizing events: open days, trade shows.
- Build partner co-marketing with OEMs and suppliers
- Assist with quotation, tender, and proposal documentation formatting.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Compile reports on market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare monthly marketing activity reports.

- Relationship skills with Sales, Service and Ops

Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade12)
- Diploma in Marketing/Communications
- Valid drivers license
