We’re a modern, premium healthcare practice looking for a creative, driven and tech-savvy marketing professional to take ownership of our marketing ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strategy and wants to make a measurable impact in a growing business.

About the Role

You will work directly with the business owner to plan, create and execute marketing initiatives that generate high-quality leads, build brand awareness and create an exceptional customer journey.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as the business expands.

Responsibilities

Brand & Content

• Develop and execute the social media content strategy.
• Film and edit premium short-form video content.
• Create high-quality graphics, carousels and marketing materials.
• Write engaging captions, blogs and email marketing content.
• Capture authentic behind-the-scenes content, team culture and client journeys (with consent).
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand identity and voice.

Digital Marketing

• Manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns.
• Create and optimise landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Analyse marketing data and report on key performance indicators.
• Research trends and identify new growth opportunities.

CRM & Automation

• Manage the CRM system and sales pipeline.
• Build and optimise lead nurturing workflows.
• Create email, SMS and WhatsApp automation sequences.
• Improve lead response times and conversion rates.
• Ensure every enquiry receives a premium customer experience.

Website & Marketing Systems

• Update website content when required.
• Assist with SEO and online visibility.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Work with AI tools and modern marketing software to improve efficiency.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has experience in most of the following:

• Content creation and video editing
• Social media management
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• CRM platforms (such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar)
• Landing page creation
• Marketing automation
• Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Marketing analytics and reporting

Healthcare experience is an advantage but not essential.
