Overview and Purpose of Position

To coordinate the day-to-day operational delivery of the Marketing Department by managing national marketing projects, campaign implementation, supplier relationships, procurement processes, promotional stock, website coordination, digital publishing schedules, and stakeholder communications.

The Marketing Coordinator provides operational support to the Marketing Manager by coordinating marketing activities across campuses, suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of marketing initiatives, adherence to Rosebank International brand standards, and achievement of departmental objectives.

The role plays a critical part in strengthening operational efficiency, improving workflow coordination, mitigating project risks, and supporting the successful execution of national marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Marketing Operations, Campaign & Project Coordination

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the Marketing Department to ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate the implementation of national marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, website, and campus communication channels, ensuring delivery according to agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously by monitoring project plans, tracking deliverables, managing dependencies, and escalating risks to the Marketing Manager where required.

2. Stakeholder, Supplier, Procurement & Administration

  • Serve as the operational liaison between internal stakeholders, campuses, suppliers, designers, printers, agencies, media partners, and service providers to ensure efficient delivery of marketing projects.
  • Coordinate supplier engagements, obtain quotations, facilitate procurement processes, manage purchase order requirements, and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of marketing services and materials.
  • Manage marketing administration, including invoice reconciliation, purchase order tracking, supplier documentation, budget administration support, and month-end financial processes.

3. Website, Digital Marketing & Brand Governance

  • Coordinate website content updates with internal stakeholders to ensure all published information is accurate, approved, current, and aligned with Rosebank International brand standards.
  • Coordinate execution of approved digital content across social media platforms and monitor publishing schedules to ensure campaigns are implemented according to the content calendar.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Rosebank International brand standards across all marketing collateral, promotional materials, digital platforms, and stakeholder communications.

4. Promotional Stock, Brief Coordination, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage and administer national promotional stock across all campuses, including forecasting requirements, stock audits, inventory reporting, distribution, and stockroom controls.
  • Coordinate marketing briefs from initiation through to completion, ensuring stakeholder requirements, approvals, design timelines, production schedules, and final delivery are effectively managed.
  • Prepare operational marketing reports, maintain project trackers, monitor campaign implementation, track supplier performance, and provide regular status updates to the Marketing Manager.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, workflow efficiencies, project coordination, and communication across the Marketing Department and its stakeholders, and undertake any additional marketing coordination responsibilities reasonably required.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field

Experience

  • Minimum of three years experience in Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Administrator, Marketing Assistant or similar

Minimum of three years experience in Marketing operations role
