Marketing Coordinator

Anchor Holdings is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and experience in the warehousing and logistics industry, who can also manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) opportunities and support business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms.
• Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance and provide monthly reports.
• Identify and respond to RFQs and tender opportunities on various procurement platforms.
• Prepare and coordinate RFQ submissions in collaboration with internal departments.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to promote the company’s warehousing and logistics services.
• Update company marketing materials, website content, and company profiles.
• Support business development by identifying new market opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the logistics, transport, or warehousing industry.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content.
• Knowledge and experience using RFQ and tender platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite will be an advantage.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
