Marketing & Growth Coordinator (Part-Time)

Bedfordview | Half Day (Monday–Friday)

Please note: This is an in-practice position based in Bedfordview and is not a remote role.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and results-driven Marketing & Growth Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

Create, film and edit engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Manage social media platforms and content scheduling.
Design marketing material using Canva.
Manage and optimise our CRM.
Create and maintain email and WhatsApp automation campaigns.
Assist with Meta and Google Ads.
Track campaign performance and marketing analytics.
Update website content when required.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives to help grow the practice.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Experience with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot or similar).
Proficient in Canva, CapCut or similar editing software.
Experience with Meta Business Suite.
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently.
A genuine interest in marketing, content creation and business growth.
