Marketing Intelligence Associate

Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Intelligence Associate to drive lead generation, brand positioning, and digital growth across five high-value niches:

• Transport & Logistics
• SaaS & IT
• E-commerce & Online Businesses
• Real Estate & Property Management
• Manufacturing and Distribution

This role blends strategy, execution, and visual design to create a premium, high-converting brand presence.

Key Objectives

• Generate qualified leads consistently across all niches
• Build a world-class digital brand presence
• Create high-converting marketing assets
• Position the firm as a specialist, not a generalist

Core Responsibilities

1. Niche Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute separate marketing strategies for each niche
• Define target audience, messaging, and offers per niche
• Identify high-ROI channels

2. Funnel & Campaign Management

• Build and optimize lead generation funnels
• Manage:

o Landing pages

o Lead magnets (e.g., accounting health checks)

o Email campaigns

• Track and improve conversion rates

3. Content Creation (Authority Building)

• Create high-value content tailored to each niche:

o LinkedIn posts

o Blog articles

o Case studies

o Short-form videos

• Translate accounting services into clear business value

4. Graphic Design & Brand Execution

• Design:

o Landing pages

o Social media creatives

o Pitch decks

o Lead magnets (PDFs, guides, reports)

• Maintain a premium, consistent visual identity
• Ensure all design supports conversion, not just aesthetics
• Continuously test creatives, hooks, and offers

6. CRM & Automation

• Build and manage:

o Email automation workflows

o Lead nurturing sequences

o Pipeline tracking

• Improve lead-to-client conversion rates

7. Performance Tracking

• Monitor key metrics:

o Cost per lead

o Conversion rates

o ROI per campaign

• Provide weekly performance insights + recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

Marketing

• Proven experience in B2B services marketing (preferably accounting/finance/professional services)
• Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Experience with multi-niche or segmented marketing

Design

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / Canva
• Strong ability to design clean, modern, high-converting assets
• Understanding of UX/UI for landing pages
• Ads: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads
• Analytics: Google Analytics, dashboards
