Marketing Intern HCB-Professional

About this Position

The Marketing Assistant will support the execution of marketing strategies across Henkel’s Professional Haircare portfolio, including Schwarzkopf Professional, Authentic Beauty Concept, Indola, and STMNT. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination of marketing campaigns, trade initiatives, salon activations, and digital content to drive brand growth within the professional salon channel.

What you´ll do

• Campaign & Brand Support Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across all brands.
• Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure brand guidelines are accurately implemented across all materials and channels.
• Coordinate the rollout of global initiatives into the local market.

Trade Marketing & Salon Support :

• Assist in developing and executing in-salon activations, promotions, and POS materials.
• Coordinate the distribution of marketing collateral and product displays to salons.
• Support salon partner engagement initiatives to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
• Liaise with the sales team to ensure alignment on promotional activities.

Digital & Content Coordination:

• Support content creation and scheduling for social media and digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, designers) for content production.
• Assist in maintaining brand presence across online platforms.
• Monitor digital campaign performance and compile reports.
• Administrative & Project Support:
• Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and campaign trackers.
• Assist with budget tracking and processing of invoices.
• Coordinate logistics for events, education sessions, and photoshoots.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing assets and materials.

Market & Competitor Insights

• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis within the professional haircare category.
• Monitor trends in salons, styling, and consumer preferences.
• Support reporting on campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
