Be at the helm of taking Beeline to the world.

Companies like Bootlegger, Bidvest Steiner and Eskort already run on Beeline across more than 400 locations. The product works. The results are real. What we need now is someone who can get that story out of the building and build the marketing engine that does it repeatably.

That's this role. Not a cog in a marketing department — the person who runs the machine. You won't just make the noise, you'll build and run the operation behind it: the calendar, the systems, the reporting, the rhythm.

Location: Cape Town (hybrid) preferred | Fully remote within South Africa considered

Reports to: Co-founder

Salary: R20,000 – R50,000 per month

Your mission

Own the engine that gets what Beeline does in front of the companies who need it — the campaigns, the content, the systems, and the story — and make it sharper every quarter.

What success looks like

- Beeline is consistently in market: campaigns and content shipping on a reliable rhythm, not in bursts

- Marketing runs like an operation — CRM, automation, and reporting you can trust

- Our messaging gets sharper every quarter, informed by real buyer and client conversations

- A growing volume of qualified leads generated by the marketing engine, month on month

- 50% of new clients landed sourced by marketing — ambitious, but that's the project, and it's an exciting one

- Founders spend their marketing time on the highest-leverage work, because you've built the machine around them

What you'll do

- Own the marketing calendar end-to-end — plan campaigns, write them, ship them, measure them

- Write copy that sounds like a person, not a brand — across LinkedIn, email, web, and sales assets

- Build and run the marketing ops stack: CRM, automation, tracking, and reporting

- Set up and run conversations with clients, prospects, and industry voices — and turn them into case studies, proof, and messaging

- Power founder-led marketing: turn what the co-founders know into content the market sees

- Report on what's working weekly, kill what isn't, and double down on what is

You'll thrive here if you

- Have roughly 2-8 years in marketing, ideally B2B — enough to be dangerous, hungry enough to build

- Communicate exceptionally well — you can put an idea across in writing and in a room

- Understand corporates and how they buy, or you're genuinely curious to learn fast

- Are comfortable setting up meetings, and planning and running interviews

- Use AI as a serious daily tool — to think faster, write better, and build workflows

- Take ownership when things are ambiguous — nobody here hands you a roadmap

What we're looking for

- 2-8 years of marketing experience, preferably B2B, Software (the range is wide because we're willing to hire at different levels)

- Proof of work: campaigns, content, or projects you've actually shipped — and what happened when you did

- Strong writing. We'll read yours before we read your CV

- Comfort with modern marketing tools, and fluency picking up new ones

- Bonus: exposure to SaaS, L&D/HR tech, or selling into corporates
