Marketing Manager

We're looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager with gambling, gaming, or sports betting industry experience to lead our marketing initiatives and grow our brands across digital and retail platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Plan, manage, and optimise promotional campaigns across all marketing channels.
• Manage all social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, community management, and performance analysis.
• Develop creative social media campaigns that increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Work closely with designers, CRM, operations, affiliates, and product teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, and website content.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective spend across all channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, affiliates, and suppliers.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
• A postgraduate qualification or certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, AI, or Data Analytics will be advantageous.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a Marketing Management role.
• Previous experience within the gambling, gaming, casino, or sports betting industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition, customer retention, loyalty programmes, and brand management.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content strategies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.

Advantageous

• Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve marketing, automate workflows, create content, optimise campaigns, analyse customer behaviour, and enhance reporting.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and partnership management.
• Graphic design, video editing, photography, or content creation experience.
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
