Marketing Manager (B2B Growth & Demand Generation) – Remote****Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

Location: Remote

Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

Compensation: $3,500–$5,000 USD/month

About the Role At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function for a growing B2B managed IT and wireless services company.

This is a high-ownership leadership role where you’ll work directly with the CEO to drive lead generation, brand growth, demand generation, content strategy, and overall marketing performance.

This is not a coordination role.

You’ll own the marketing function end-to-end, managing strategy and execution while having the autonomy to make decisions, oversee budgets, and hire specialized contractors when needed.

If you’re equally comfortable building strategy, executing campaigns, analyzing performance, and leveraging AI to improve marketing outcomes, this role is built for you.

*What You’ll Own**Marketing Strategy & Performance Own the company’s overall marketing strategy and roadmap.

  • Develop initiatives that drive:
    • Lead generation
      • Pipeline growth
      • Revenue
      • Brand awareness
  • Analyze marketing performance across all channels.
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaigns, messaging, and marketing operations.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on business growth initiatives.

Reporting & Marketing Analytics* Prepare monthly KPI reports for leadership.

  • Monitor performance across:
    • LinkedIn
      • Salesforce Pardot (MCAE)
      • Salesforce Sales Engagement
      • Google Search Console
      • Google Business Profile
      • Webinar performance
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and underperforming areas.
  • Present strategic recommendations backed by marketing data.

Content Marketing* Manage the company’s LinkedIn presence.

  • Create weekly LinkedIn content for:
    • Company page
      • Executive personal brands
  • Produce a monthly newsletter for approximately 12,000 subscribers.
  • Develop blog content strategies and publishing calendars.
  • Coordinate customer case studies with internal teams and channel partners.
  • Create content that supports SEO, engagement, and lead generation.

Webinar & Demand Generation* Plan and execute webinars every 6–8 weeks.

  • Manage:
    • Promotion
      • Registration campaigns
      • Email sequences
      • Post-event follow-up
  • Coordinate webinar logistics using Zoom.
  • Repurpose webinar content into blogs, social media posts, and marketing assets.

CRM & Sales Enablement* Manage Salesforce Pardot (MCAE) marketing campaigns.

  • Build and optimize email nurture sequences.
  • Develop quarterly Salesforce Sales Engagement cadences.
  • Align marketing initiatives with the buyer journey.
  • Support sales teams through targeted marketing programs.
  • Strengthen go-to-market strategies alongside channel partners.

Website & Digital Presence* Manage website updates using Webflow.

  • Optimize and maintain Google Business Profile.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews.
  • Support website improvements and future redesign initiatives.
  • Improve local search visibility and overall digital presence.

Contractor & Vendor Management* Hire and manage external specialists, including:

    • Graphic Designers
      • Web Developers
      • SEO Specialists
      • Copywriters
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure quality standards across all outsourced marketing work.

Systems & Process Improvement* Develop scalable marketing systems and workflows.

  • Improve campaign execution, reporting, and content production processes.
  • Integrate AI into day-to-day marketing operations.
  • Continuously improve efficiency, scalability, and marketing ROI.
