SUMMARY: A leading construction group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, digital growth, and lead generation across multiple companies within the group.

POSITION INFO: Marketing Manager Location: Germiston, Gauteng Salary: R35 000 - R45 000 per month + Provident\/Pension Fund Start Date: ASAP Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (with occasional weekend events) About the Role A leading construction group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to drive brand visibility, digital growth, and lead generation across multiple companies within the group. The role requires strong coordination, digital expertise, and the ability to align marketing with tender-driven sales objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategy (SEO, GEO, social media, paid ads) Manage LinkedIn strategy and internal content advocacy across the group Oversee company websites and online visibility performance Align marketing activity with Tender Department regional opportunities Drive lead generation from digital platforms and events Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and annual golf day Manage marketing budget and report on ROI and performance Supervise Marketing Coordinator and ensure operational delivery Maintain consistent branding across all group companies Requirements Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field Experience: 6 - 8 years' marketing experience (preferably in engineering, construction, or technical services) Proven experience in digital marketing (SEO, social media, paid media campaigns) Event management and corporate branding experience essential Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, and digital algorithms Excellent written English and content creation ability Proficient in Adobe InDesign (Illustrator\/Photoshop advantageous) Strong project management and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple brands Personal Attributes Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong team player with leadership capability High level of initiative and accountability Must understand the construction industry environment Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of Germiston
