Marketing Officer

Job Purpose

The Marketing & Brand Officer is responsible for developing, implementing and managing Royal Seed Advisory's marketing, branding and business development support initiatives to strengthen the firm's market presence, generate qualified business opportunities and enhance client engagement. The role promotes the firm's audit, accounting, internal audit, advisory and capital raising services through strategic marketing campaigns, digital marketing, stakeholder engagement and brand management.

The Marketing & Brand Officer will ensure that all marketing activities align with the firm's strategic objectives, uphold professional and ethical standards applicable to the accounting and audit profession, and contribute towards sustainable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management

• Maintain and strengthen Royal Seed Advisory's corporate identity.
• Ensure consistent branding across all communication channels.
• Develop and update marketing collateral.

Marketing Strategy

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Implement campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Digital Marketing

• Manage the firm's website.
• Manage LinkedIn and other professional social media platforms.
• Develop and publish high-quality content.
• Execute email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor digital marketing performance.

Business Development Support

• Assist in identifying prospective clients.
• Support preparation of proposals, capability statements and presentations.
• Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
• Coordinate networking opportunities.

Events

• Organise seminars, webinars and client events.
• Coordinate sponsorships and exhibitions.
• Manage promotional materials.

Public Relations

• Draft media releases.
• Develop newsletters.
• Build relationships with strategic stakeholders.

Capital Raising Marketing

• Promote Royal Seed Advisory's capital raising advisory services.
• Develop investor presentation materials.
• Assist in marketing investment opportunities.
• Support communication with investors and funding partners.

Reporting

• Produce monthly marketing reports.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Analyse return on marketing investment.
• Recommend continuous improvements.

Pay: R8 500,00 per month
