Job description

Dream Hotels & Resorts lives by its 8 core values. Our team is dedicated to being reliable and accountable, fostering empathy to understand others' feelings and collaboratively find solutions, and prioritizing sustainability in environmental, financial, and social aspects. Rooted in humanity, trust, dynamism, excellence, and joy, we celebrate diversity, prioritize integrity, embrace creativity, pursue quality, and foster a joyful work environment to connect people with our surroundings and each other. Job Overview: The Marketing Operations Business Partner is the principal operational interface between central Group Marketing / 360Hub and the properties, resorts, hotels, lodges and business units across Dream Hotels & Resorts. The role converts approved commercial priorities, property and business unit requirements, campaigns, offers and marketing plans into structured briefs, workflows, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder updates. It manages prioritisation and workflow, coordinates delivery across marketing specialists and ensures stakeholders understand what marketing is delivering, when it will be delivered and what business outcome it is intended to support. This is an implementation, coordination, workflow and stakeholder management role. It does not own or set overall group marketing strategy, brand strategy, commercial strategy or revenue strategy, but ensures that agreed marketing activity is properly coordinated, delivered, tracked and reported on. The position also prevents the central marketing team from becoming an unstructured internal request desk.
