Rhino Linings is looking for a highly organised, fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English), and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Commercial Development team.

This is not primarily a content-creation role. We are looking for the person who makes sure things happen.

You will work with our Commercial Development Manager, Graphic Designer, internal teams, franchise network and external partners to turn approved strategies and campaigns into organised, measurable execution.

Your responsibilities will include managing our CRM and commercial workflows, setting and monitoring tasks, coordinating marketing campaigns, scheduling and deploying approved social content, administering digital campaigns, maintaining KPI data, coordinating events and promotions and ensuring deadlines are met.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing CRM records, activities, tasks and follow-ups.
• Maintaining clean and accurate commercial and marketing data.
• Building campaign timelines and execution plans.
• Coordinating internal and external campaign deliverables.
• Scheduling approved social media content.
• Setting up and monitoring digital campaigns.
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports.
• Maintaining marketing and commercial KPI dashboards.
• Coordinating events, exhibitions, activations and promotions.
• Managing suppliers, deadlines, collateral and event logistics.
• Coordinating website and landing-page updates.
• Supporting dealer, franchise, OEM and consumer marketing initiatives.
• Following outstanding actions through to completion.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 3–5 years' marketing, campaign, CRM or project coordination experience.
• Is extremely organised and deadline driven.
• Is comfortable working with CRM and digital systems.
• Understands social and digital campaign execution.
• Is proficient in Excel and reporting.
• Has experience coordinating events or promotions.
• Communicates confidently with colleagues, suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Takes ownership of a task and drives it to completion without needing to be repeatedly followed up.
• Can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing detail.

A relevant marketing, communications, business or digital qualification is preferred, although strong practical experience will be considered.

Experience in automotive, franchising, retail networks, manufacturing or B2B environments would be advantageous.

JOB SPEC

1. Marketing operations and project coordination

• Convert approved strategies, campaigns and initiatives into executable project plans.
• Create tasks, timelines, deadlines and dependencies for marketing and commercial initiatives.
• Coordinate work between the Commercial Development Manager, Graphic Designer, internal departments, franchises, suppliers, agencies and other service providers.
• Follow up proactively on outstanding work rather than waiting for deadlines to be missed.
• Maintain a live marketing and commercial activity calendar.
• Ensure campaigns, promotions, events and collateral are delivered on time.
• Maintain campaign files, briefs, approvals, assets and supporting documentation.

2. Full Stackers / CRM ownership

• Accurate data capturing and database maintenance.
• Creating and updating accounts, contacts, opportunities and records.
• Maintaining pipeline stages and status information.
• Creating tasks, reminders and follow-up activities.
• Monitoring overdue actions.
• Maintaining lead-source and campaign-source data.
• Supporting dealer referral workflows.
• Supporting OEM/group opportunity workflows.
• Supporting new-franchise lead workflows.
• Maintaining franchise visit/action records.
• Supporting warranty and customer lifecycle workflows.
• Preparing campaign lists and segmentation.
• Testing workflows and automations implemented with Full Stackers.
• Identifying missing or poor-quality data.
• Producing routine Full Stackers reports.
• Escalating stalled opportunities or overdue actions.

3. Campaign execution

• Build campaign schedules.
• Load approved creative.
• Schedule posts.
• Set up paid campaigns.
• Populate audiences and targeting.
• Load campaign links and CTAs.
• Conduct pre-launch checks.
• Monitor spend and delivery.
• Track campaign results.
• Compile campaign reports.
• Coordinate retargeting activity.
• Maintain campaign records in Full Stackers where appropriate.
• Identify operational issues and escalate them.

4. Social media operations

• Maintain the content calendar.
• Collect final approved assets.
• Check formatting and copy.
• Schedule content.
• Publish to appropriate channels.
• Manage paid promotion.
• Monitor basic engagement.
• Ensure enquiries are routed correctly.
• Track performance.
• Report against campaign objectives.
• Flag opportunities, problems and trends.

5. KPI and commercial reporting

• Maintain agreed KPI dashboards.
• Collect data from relevant internal sources.
• Update campaign results.
• Track leads and conversions.
• Track dealer activity.
• Track Full Stackers task completion.
• Track event activity.
• Monitor data completeness.
• Maintain monthly historical results.
• Prepare weekly/monthly management reports.
• Highlight anomalies requiring investigation.

6. Events, activations and promotions

• Venue liaison.
• Exhibitor bookings.
• Supplier coordination.
• Travel and accommodation coordination where applicable.
• Branding requirements.
• Gazebos/displays/flags/collateral.
• Promotional stock.
• Invitations.
• Franchise participation.
• Event schedules.
• Staff requirements.
• Lead-capture mechanisms.
• Pre-event checklists.
• On-site coordination where required.
• Post-event lead capturing.
• Supplier invoices/documentation.
• Post-event reporting.

7. Promotions and franchise support

• Franchise promotions.
• Dealer programs.
• Incentive campaigns.
• Competitions.
• Sales league administration.
• Dealer collateral.
• Promotional packs.
• Franchise communications.
• Campaign toolkits.
• Participation tracking.
• Results reporting.

8. Website and digital coordination

• Ensure approved changes are actioned.
• Upload basic content where appropriate.
• Check forms and links.
• Test enquiry routes.
• Check campaign landing pages.
• Coordinate changes with Riaan/developers/Full Stackers.
• Test lead capture.
• Track issues through to resolution.
• Maintain website update lists.

Pay: R22 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
