About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to become the central link between our clients and our internal teams.

This is more than a project management role. You'll be responsible for ensuring every marketing campaign, creative project, and client deliverable is executed seamlessly across multiple departments. You will understand each client's objectives, translate them into clear briefs, coordinate our specialists, and ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.

You'll work closely with our teams across Design, Video Production, Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, SEO, Websites, and Content, ensuring everyone is aligned, projects remain on schedule, and clients receive an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple client accounts and marketing projects simultaneously.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become their trusted day-to-day contact.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear, actionable briefs.
• Coordinate workflows across Design, Video, Social Media, Paid Advertising, SEO, Content, and Web teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality.
• Review creative work and marketing deliverables before client approval.
• Lead internal meetings, manage timelines, and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Improve internal processes and workflows to help the agency scale.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous experience within a marketing agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Has a strong understanding of digital marketing and how each department works together.
• Understands social media management, paid advertising, SEO, branding, content creation, video production, and design.
• Can confidently manage cross-functional teams and multiple client projects.
• Is highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
• Can communicate professionally with clients while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
• Has excellent written and spoken English. This is fundamental, as you'll be working with international clients every day.
• Takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
