YOUR IMPACT As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of demand generation programs across Africa while working closely with the Field Marketing leadership team. You will help bring annual marketing plans to life through event coordination, campaign execution, vendor engagement, reporting, and operational support. You'll play a key role in generating pipeline, analyzing campaign performance, and exploring how AI can enhance marketing effectiveness and decision-making. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Support execution of integrated demand generation programs.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and marketing logistics.
• Assist with vendor, agency, and contract management.
• Track campaign performance and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales teams on demand generation activities.
• Explore AI-driven approaches to marketing execution and analytics.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interest in demand generation and pipeline development.
• Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Track record of delivering high-quality operational support.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
