About Us:
We are a busy, friendly spa looking to add a talented and passionate Massage & Beauty Therapist to our close-knit team! We pride ourselves on providing a relaxing environment and top-tier customer service to every client who walks through our doors. The Role:
This is a versatile role where you will be working hands-on with clients providing exceptional treatments, while also helping keep the spa running smoothly by assisting with bookings and client communications.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Provide Premium Massages: Deliver excellent Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Sports massages, as well as rejuvenating Back Scrubs.
- Facials & Skincare: Perform professional facials, analyze clients' skin needs, and provide a truly relaxing and results-driven facial experience. (Experience with [Insert Skincare Brand, e.g., Dermalogica/Environ] is a bonus!)
- Nail Treatments: Perform beautiful, relaxing pedicures and neat, long-lasting gel nail applications.
- Front Desk & Client Relations: Answer phones professionally, assist clients with booking inquiries, and provide a warm, welcoming experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
- Maintain Spa Standards: Keep treatment rooms clean, sanitized, and beautifully presented.
- Be a Team Player: Work closely and positively with our current therapists to ensure the whole day runs smoothly.
Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Experienced: Proven experience in massage therapies, facials, pedicures, and gel nails. (Relevant beauty/somatology qualifications are a big plus!)
- A Great Communicator: You have a wonderful phone manner, speak clearly, and know how to make clients feel comfortable and valued.
- Customer Service Star: You naturally go above and beyond for clients to ensure they have an incredible experience.
- Hard-Working & Reliable: You aren't afraid of a busy day, you manage your time well, and you show up for your team.
- Growth-Minded: You want to learn, improve your skills, and grow with our business!
