Massage Therapist

• Relevant Massage Therapy certificate or diploma from a recognised training institution (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Previous spa experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A willingness to learn, grow, and continuously develop your skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive, client-focused attitude.
• Strong customer service and retail sales skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
• Willingness to work Sundays, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Passion for the wellness industry and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Perform a variety of professional massage treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and other body therapies.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to determine individual needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer service and client care.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and linen to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment
• Follow all spa policies, health and safety procedures, and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with general spa operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.
• Represent Sunbird Spa professionally at all times.
