Requirements

• Relevant 3 Year Tertiary Qualification; B-Degree will be

preferred.

• 5 - 6 Years relevant experience
• Valid Code B Drivers licence
• Proficient in MS Office.

Key Performance Areas

• Effectively manage projects through the application of sound

project management principles, methodologies and best

practices.

• Manage and facilitate community participation in the

operations and maintenance of the MURP, Social Crime

Prevention and Sustainable Communities Programmes

within identified communities

• Develop and manage monitoring and management systems

for the use of tools and equipment by the general workers

and the community within defined districts of the City Of Cape

Town.

• Execute monitoring & evaluation systems to monitor the

performance of management models and identify

improvements required, feasibility Constraints.

• Implement an integrated Facilities Management workstream

by ensuring that facilities in assigned areas are well planned

has sufficient resources and are managed effectively.
