Role:

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters to join teams based within our Western Australian branch teams to deliver quality repairs and installations to all various types of fixed plant equipment and workshop repairable.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Recognized trade qualifications in Mechanical Fitting / Fitter and having completed an apprenticeship
Minimum of 5 years’ post trade experience working on sites either heavy industry or mining
Meet ZERO Harm culture and behaviors
Heavy Industry (mining, structural, shutdowns)
Maybe required to work and live in remote regions
Elevated Work Platform, Safe Work at Heights, Forklift & Confined space certificates (preferred)
An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced environment
Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy with ability to understand drawings
Experience in leadership, ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and present fit for work
A current driver license in the country in which you reside

Tasks & responsibilities

Variety of different tasks and scopes, onsite and in workshop
Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Maintain and repair fixed plant in heavy industries
Meet ZERO Harm culture and behaviors.
An ability to proactively work in a fast-paced environment.
Disciplined attention to detail and accuracy with ability to understand drawings.
