Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design, storytelling, digital media, and branding? Kingdom Blue is looking for a talented, innovative Media & Graphic Design Officer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria — someone who can independently develop bold ideas and collaborate closely with the marketing team to turn concepts into impactful campaigns.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

▪ Design compelling digital and print marketing materials

▪ Manage and grow Kingdom Blue's social media presence

▪ Create engaging content for brand awareness and marketing campaigns

▪ Capture and edit professional photos and video for events, promotions, and advertising

▪ Develop motion graphics, animations, and multimedia content

▪ Coordinate media campaigns, public relations activity, and promotional initiatives

▪ Maintain and strengthen the Kingdom Blue brand across all communication channels

▪ Design presentations, brochures, flyers, reports, advertisements, and social media content

▪ Collaborate across departments to ensure creative consistency and brand alignment

▪ Track content performance and use insights to refine future creative direction

▪ Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce innovative creative solutions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

▪ Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Multimedia Design, or a related field

▪ 3–5 years' experience in Graphic Design, Media, Marketing, or Content Creation

▪ Strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, branding, social media, and video projects

▪ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

▪ Experience with photography, videography, video editing, and motion graphics

▪ Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout design, visual hierarchy, and colour theory

▪ Excellent communication, writing, organisational, and time-management skills

▪ Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure

▪ Working knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva)

▪ Experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or consulting environments advantageous

▪ Experience working on Mac systems advantageous

▪ Valid driver's licence advantageous
