Peregrine Commerce is an ecommerce growth agency built by operators.

We run paid social, TikTok Shop, email and SMS, and Shopify builds for DTC and Amazon native brands across the UK and US. The team is small, senior and fully remote. Everyone here owns their lane properly.

This is a full ownership media buying role. You are not inheriting a spreadsheet of someone else's campaigns and babysitting them. You take a portfolio of brands, decide the strategy, build the creative, run the spend, report on it, and sit in front of the client to explain it.

If you have been stuck in a pod structure where you never speak to a client and never touch the creative, this is the opposite of that.

What you will own

• A portfolio of Meta and TikTok ad accounts, from strategy through to scale
• Creative concepting and building: statics, UGC edits, hooks, and fast iteration off what the data tells you
• Briefing creators and directing content that actually converts, not content that just looks nice
• Testing frameworks, audience structure, budget pacing and bid strategy
• Reporting that clients understand: clean weekly and monthly performance decks with a real narrative, not a data dump
• Client calls. Presenting results, setting expectations, handling the strategy conversation and the awkward month when it happens
• Working alongside our email, TikTok Shop and Shopify teams so paid never runs in isolation

What we are looking for

• A real spend history with proof you have scaled accounts profitably, not just maintained them
• Genuinely comfortable building creative yourself in Canva, CapCut, Figma or whatever your weapon of choice is
• Commercial brain. You think in MER, contribution margin, CAC, LTV and blended performance, not just in platform ROAS
• Confident and clear on client calls. Calm when numbers dip, honest when something is not working
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Self managing. We are remote first with no micromanagement, which only works with people who hold their own standard
