Job title: Medical Compliance Officer

Employment Type: Full-time (US Remote)

Hours: 3pm-11pm CAT

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Compliance Officer to ensure the organisation complies with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and industry standards. The successful candidate will monitor compliance processes, conduct audits, maintain accurate documentation, identify areas of risk, and support the implementation of corrective actions. They will work closely with internal teams to promote regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a medical or healthcare compliance role

* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

* Excellent analytical and organisational skills

* High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

* Relevant qualification in Healthcare, Compliance, Nursing, or a related field is advantageous
