Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service within a medical support environment
Assist customers via live chat and multiple communication channels
Provide accurate, clear, and professional information at all times
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining empathy and care
Escalate complex queries in line with internal procedures and compliance standards
Consistently achieve quality assurance and service delivery targets

RequirementsMinimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
Minimum 3 years’ contact centre experience
Proven live chat support experience (non-negotiable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Customer-focused with a compassionate and professional approach
Willingness to work rotational shifts between 09:00 and 24:00 (UK hours)
