Job description
Cape Town High Performance Centre is a growing, dynamic multi-disciplinary health practice seeking a professional, friendly, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our team.
Key Requirements:
• Excellent Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner with strong multitasking abilities
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset
• Professional, patient-focused, and friendly demeanour with both patients and staff
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing front desk operations and patient interactions
• Answering phones and handling enquiries
• Booking and managing appointments across multiple electronic booking systems
• Performing stock takes and basic inventory management
• Coordinating maintenance and service providers (e.g. arranging repairs for office equipment such as printers)
• General administrative and computer-based tasks
