Medical Receptionist / Secretary (Full-Time)
A busy medical practice is seeking a professional, friendly, and well-organized Medical Receptionist / Secretary to join our team on a full-time basis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist is essential.
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Professional, well-groomed, and presentable.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Scheduling patient appointments and theatre bookings.
- Managing incoming calls and taking messages.
- Handling email correspondence.
- Performing general reception and administrative duties.
- Ordering and managing office and medical practice stock.
- Maintaining a neat, organized, and professional reception area.
- Providing administrative support to the practice as required.
