We’re Hiring | Member Services Consultant
Central Regional Chamber | Printing SA
Printing SA is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Member Services Consultant for our Central Regional Chamber.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional with experience in member services, labour relations, human resources, training and development, and stakeholder engagement.
The Central Regional Chamber covers the following areas:
Free State, Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North West
The primary purpose of this role is to:
- Liaise with, assist, consult and advise existing and prospective members of Printing SA
- Grow and sustain chamber membership through focused initiatives
- Plan and execute member services and industry events to ensure the Chamber meets its objectives
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Labour consulting and member advisory services
- Human resources support and policy guidance
- Training and development coordination
- Membership growth and relationship management
- Planning and participating in chamber events, networking functions, technical forums, awards ceremonies, golf days, exhibitions, annual dinners, career days, and monthly meetings
Minimum requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, with a major in Labour Relations and Training
- Certificate/Diploma in Labour Relations Management
- SDF, Assessor and Moderator
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HR and labour legislation in South Africa
- Valid Code B driver’s licence and own vehicle
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- A solutions-driven mindset
- The ability to work independently and under pressure
- An understanding of training techniques and industry engagement
- Sound knowledge of the printing and/or packaging industry will be advantageous
