Job description

The Developers Club

Membership Sales Assistant

Remote I Full-Time I UK Time

About The Developers Club

The Developers Club is an innovative, fast-growing community of emerging property developers dedicated to transforming the UK's housing landscape. We connect ambitious individuals with the knowledge, network, and support they need to succeed in property development. As we scale, we're looking for a driven and organised Membership Sales Assistant to join our remote team — someone who can identify and engage prospective members, set appointments for our Sales Consultant, and support the end-to-end membership journey.

The Role

As a Membership Sales Assistant, you will be a key part of our sales process. Your day-to-day will span online research, outbound calling, appointment setting, lead management, and onboarding support. This is a varied, fast-paced role that suits someone who is equally comfortable on the phone building rapport with prospects as they are managing data and administrative tasks behind the scenes.

Role at a Glance

Location: Remote (South Africa)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time), Monday to Friday

Base Salary: £650 pcm

Commission: TBC

Reporting To: Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Online Research & Lead Generation

  • Conduct targeted online research to identify prospective members within our target market, using a variety of platforms and tools.
  • Build and maintain an accurate database of potential members, including contact details such as email addresses and phone numbers.
  • Input all prospect data into GoHighLevel CRM and regularly review records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting

  • Make outbound calls to prospective members from pre-qualified lead lists, confidently introducing The Developers Club and its membership offering.
  • Qualify leads against our ideal member profile, assessing fit before progressing them through the pipeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate Zoom calls and meetings between qualified prospects and the Sales Consultant, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Handle objections professionally and with confidence, maintaining a positive and resilient approach throughout.

Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing

  • Conduct timely follow-ups via phone, email, and other channels to keep prospects warm and progressing through the sales funnel.
  • Share feedback on lead quality with the sales and marketing teams to help refine outreach strategies over time.

Membership Onboarding Support

  • Support the Sales Consultant in onboarding new members, including facilitating the completion of club contracts and setting up direct debits.
  • Manage membership correspondence and prepare onboarding documentation accurately and on time.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider sales team as needed.

CRM Management & Performance

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions, pipeline activity, and contact information within GoHighLevel.
  • Work towards and regularly monitor personal lead generation and appointment-setting targets, adjusting approach as needed to hit goals.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all membership packages and benefits in order to communicate their value effectively to prospects.

Who We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a sales support, telemarketing, call-setting, or similar role — remote experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, confident, and professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM platform is essential.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail — particularly for research, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive — able to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • A genuine interest in property, community, or membership-based businesses is a plus.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable, high-speed internet connection suitable for outbound calls and video meetings.
  • A quiet, professional working environment free from background noise.
  • Necessary hardware (computer/laptop, quality headset) for remote work.

Why Join The Developers Club?

  • Be part of a purpose-driven community making a real impact on the UK property sector.
  • A fully remote role with a structured, supportive team behind you.
  • Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission — your results are rewarded.
  • Room to grow as the business scales, with exposure across sales, marketing, and operations.
