Fitness Evolution is growing and a leading gym dedicated to helping our members transform their health and confidence. We're looking for an energetic, people-first team member to join us in a hybrid role that blends ‘membership sales’ with floorwalking and member support.

The Role
This isn't a desk job. You'll split your time between:

Sales– Handling enquiries, giving gym tours, converting leads and walk-ins into members, following up on trial memberships, and hitting monthly sales targets.
Floor walks– Being visible and approachable on the gym floor, checking in with members, offering form guidance and encouragement, spotting equipment issues, and helping create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

- Greet and engage members and visitors on the gym floor
- Conduct facility tours and membership consultations
- Follow up on leads via phone, email, and in-person
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Complete regular floorwalks to support member experience and safety
- Represent the Fitness Evolution brand and values at all times

Requirements:

- A natural communicator who's comfortable both selling and coaching
- Confident approaching people you don't know
- Genuine interest in fitness and helping others reach their goals
- Sales or customer service experience (gym/fitness industry a plus, not essential)
- Reliable, well-presented, and a team player

- Matric is a minimum requirement. Any additional qualifications will be advantageous.
