About the Role

We are launching a premier, tech-enabled functional fitness studio in the heart of Kramerville’s design and commercial precinct. We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Specialist to lead member acquisition.

You will be responsible for driving new membership sign-ups through direct sales, local corporate outreach, and on-site lead conversion during trial sessions and events.

Key Responsibilities

B2B & Local Outreach: Visit local corporate offices, interior design showrooms, and creative agencies in Kramerville/Sandton to introduce our studio and distribute corporate trial passes.
In-Person Lead Conversion: Pitch walk-ins, trial session attendees, and "Free Saturday" event participants to convert them into recurring monthly members.
App Demonstrations: Utilize our mobile app on smartphone/tablet to walk prospects through class slot bookings, station reservations, and membership options.
Lead Tracking & Follow-Ups: Manage and follow up with leads generated from Meta ads, social media, and event sign-ups.

Compensation Structure

Uncapped Performance Commission: Earn a percentage on every new membership signed up:
30% Commission on month-1 membership fees for standard sales.
40% Commission Tier when exceeding monthly target quotas (e.g., 30+ new sign-ups/month).
Potential earnings of R15,000 – R35,000+ depending on volume.

Requirements

Proven track record in direct sales, high-ticket retail, or fitness membership sales.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in conducting face-to-face B2B pitches to Sandton corporate decision-makers.
Passion for health, fitness, and boutique lifestyle brands

Pay: R15 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
