Job description
Merchandise Repair Call Centre
AT LEWIS HEAD OFFICE: WOODSTOCK
Duties (but not limited to):
- Providing first level contact and convey resolutions to stores regarding repair queries
- Liaise with stores, service providers, suppliers, agents and technicians with regards to logging of repairs
- Continuous follow up on repairs up to conclusion of repair case.
- Properly escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
Experience:
- Previous repairs systems experience is essential – in Retail background.
- Previous customer services work experience
- 1 Year Call Centre experience
- Data capturing
Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
- Additional Language , would be a preference (Besides for English, Afrikaans)
Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
- Computer Literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and good typing skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills in order too professionally assist stakeholders on all levels.
- Able to handle large volumes of telephone calls.
- Work under pressure and in a deadline orientated environment.
- Attention to detail and problem solving.
