Job description

Our esteemed client, in Sandton, within the IT Sector is looking for a Merchandiser to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Assist in general support of the sales team in overflow situations.
Offer assistance to customers to find the best products/services for their needs.
Stay up to date on all products and services offered.
Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level.
Engage customers in a professional manner.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills.
Detail oriented.
Strong customer relationship skills.
Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not essential.
Sellf-motivated.
