Meta Media Buyer - Med Spa Lead Generation

We're hiring a Meta Media Buyer to work with our creative team to keep our med spa clients lead generation' cost per lead under $12. We run a med spa marketing agency across the United States.

The job put simply: look at the ad accounts, work out which ads are performing, and tell our graphic designer and video editor what to make more of.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

1. Decide what creative gets made — angles, hooks, offers and formats — based on what's actually winning in the accounts

Look at a winning ad, work out which single element made it win, and build variations off that instead of starting over

2. Write clear briefs for our designer and video editor — direction, reference, offer details, compliance notes and a deadline — complete enough that nobody comes back with a question

Read every ad account daily, update leads and CPL in ClickUp, and flag accounts drifting above KPI before they waste spend

3. Diagnose why an account is underperforming — creative fatigue, audience saturation, the offer, or something downstream of the ad

4. QA every creative before it goes live: pricing exact, claims accurate, compliance clean — then upload it

Know when to leave a winner alone. Killing a creative before it's had enough spend is the most expensive mistake in this job

Requirements:

- 3+ years running Meta ads with hands on the account, not briefing from the outside

- Proven creative output — you write hooks and headlines and describe layouts. "We should test new angles" isn't an answer

- Ability to break an ad down element by element and say what each one is doing and why

- Judged on cost per lead and lead quality — a cheap lead that never books is worse than no lead

- Clear written English. Our designer and editor build from what you write

- Local services, health, aesthetics or med spa experience strongly preferred
