📌 About the role

We are ClickExpose, a UK-based Google specialist agency focused on helping businesses grow through organic search.

This role is for someone with hands-on SEO experience (not just a course) who wants to grow quickly with clear standards, structured training, and support from a team that actually cares about results.

You will work across multiple websites, learn how we approach SEO properly, and develop the skills that turn SEO specialists into strong performance marketers.

🧩 What you will be doing

• Managing and improving SEO across websites (on-page and technical fundamentals)
• Improving page structure, headings, internal linking, meta titles, schema markup and meta descriptions
• Supporting technical SEO work (audits, issue tracking, working with developers where needed)
• Carrying out keyword research and search intent analysis
• Monitoring SEO performance and spotting issues or opportunities quickly
• Analysing data and making evidence-based optimisation decisions
• Testing and iterating to improve results over time
• Communicating clearly with the team and clients on actions, insights, and next steps
• Using AI tools to speed up research and drafting, with human-led QA and clear standards

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong written and spoken English
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
• Load-shedding plan to stay online
• Laptop/PC and headset for calls
