MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure that all equipment, plant, building, and services always remain functional to their original state in the safest and most cost-effective way

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Perform Technical jobs within the locality
• Perform administration duties within the technical function
• Identify and mitigate technical risks within the locality
• Coordinate work performed by on-site contractors within the locality
• Maintain client and stakeholder relations within the technical function

Required Education ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Appropriate trade test-certified

DESIRED EDUCATION: N/A

ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATION: Trade test certificate & valid driver's licence

DESIRED CERTIFICATION: Registered SAQCC-Gas (only applicable to South African air-conditioning artisans)

Required Experience ESSENTIAL MININUM EXPERIENCE: More than 5 years’ of artisan (Millwright) experience

• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Planned maintenance according to set Mediclinic standards
• Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment (e.g. OHS and ISO)
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Mentoring of technical team members
