Mobile Dog Groomer – Ultimate Pet Care (Langebaan)

Ultimate Pet Care is a professional mobile pet grooming business dedicated to providing exceptional care to every dog we groom. We pride ourselves on delivering a friendly, reliable, and stress-free experience by bringing our grooming salon directly to our clients’ homes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and experienced Dog Groomer who loves working with animals and enjoys building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Groom dogs according to breed standards or client preferences.
Perform bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, de-shedding, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and basic hygiene grooming.
Conduct a health check before each groom and report any injuries or concerns to management and the client.
Take before and after photos of every groom.
Ensure every pet leaves looking and feeling their best, including finishing touches such as perfume and a bandanna.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized mobile grooming trailer.
Clean the client’s grooming area before leaving.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding arrival times and appointments.
Care for and maintain all grooming equipment and report any repairs or maintenance required.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the Ultimate Pet Care brand professionally at all times.

Requirements

Previous dog grooming experience (minimum 1 year preferred).
Ability to groom a variety of breeds.
Genuine love and patience for animals.
Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good communication skills.
Valid driver’s licence is advantageous.
Physically fit and comfortable working with dogs of all sizes.
